 Palkia, is sexy OwO Well, i just though that drawing one of them legendary ones would be cool ^w^ Sadly i am photoshop retarted so i had to use MS Paint toput Palkia on the BG >_> Thank you so much to my whore  for providing me with the BG for the Gijinka version... because i have absolutely no idea how to do it XDYay hopefuly people like this more less ;; Note: This is NOT mine... the PKMN i mean Done in Oekaki Shi Painter Pro Edit: I hope i'm the first one to draw Palkia XDDD... if i am then... As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
